1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using MineralMelts.org (the "Website") and purchasing products from Mineral Melts ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Product Descriptions

  • All product descriptions, ingredients, and scent profiles are provided for informational purposes
  • Colors, scents, and appearance may vary slightly from photos due to the handcrafted nature of our products
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice

Availability & Inventory

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Limited edition and seasonal items are available while supplies last
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer

Handcrafted Product Variations

  • As handmade items, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and not considered defects
  • Each wax melt and candle is individually crafted and may differ from photographed examples

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Pricing

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless specified
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

Payment

  • Payment is required at time of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time

  • Orders typically process within 1-3 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

Shipping

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to shipping carrier

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products
  • Original packaging and receipt/order confirmation required
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will replace or refund defective products at our discretion
  • Photos of damage may be required for processing

Refunds

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective
