📋 PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday usually ship the same day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.

🚚 SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping costs are determined by item weight at checkout.

📍 SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 United States and territories, including:

  • Residential and business addresses
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • PO Boxes

📦 PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Wax melts are individually wrapped to prevent scent mixing.

Temperature Notice: During hot summer months, wax products may soften in transit but will return to normal at room temperature without affecting quality.

📋 TRACKING & DELIVERY

  • Tracking number emailed within 24 hours of shipment
  • Packages are typically left at your door unless signature is required
  • Please ensure someone can receive your package or it's delivered to a secure location

📞 SHIPPING ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Changes can only be made before the item ships.
